We ship to the whole of Malaysia using PosLaju as our Courier Service.
What if I do not receive my order
Not to worry, all items are tracked. If your item is missing, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help find your item
Important Note: For efficient delivery, please ensure the delivery address is correct & and a valid contactable phone number is provided
If you are not home, a card will be left for you. You will need to reschedule the delivery with PosLaju at your earliest convenience.
Returns & Refunds
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to issue any refund for used or opened products.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
If the item is returned for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping amount.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
What happens after I have returned an item?
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will issue you and in-store credit voucher equivalent to the amount of the returned item. You can use this voucher throughout the entire store. This voucher will be issued to you within 7 days of receiving your product.

My items are damaged during shipping, what do I do?
Upon receiving the goods, please inspect your items carefully. If your parcel is damaged or opened before you sign for the parcel, you can reject it and have PosLaju return the parcel to us.
If your item is damaged after you have received the parcel and opened it, please take a photo immediately of the condition of the item and the packaging, and email it to us or call our customer care hotline and notify us. We will work with you on a case by case basis.
